- Please include a copy of your packing slip with your return. If you do not have your packing slip, please enclose a note telling us your order number. If you would like to make an exchange, please specify the desired item on the enclosed note or packing slip.
- Refunds are issued to the credit card used for the original purchase. Since we batch process returns, they can take up to three weeks to process.
